Advancing practical renewable-energy pathways for people, prosperity and the planet.
Renewable energy · Sustainable development
Deep Grasp Limited helps communities, businesses, organisations, and governments move from fossil-fuel dependence towards practical renewable energy systems.
Who we are
Deep Grasp Limited is a renewable energy and sustainable development company co-founded in 2023 by Engr. Olusuyi Victor Ajayi and Linus Agbor.
We work toward practical pathways that can reduce long-term energy costs, improve resilience, create employment and strengthen communities—without assuming that one technology fits every place.

Our vision
A future in which energy needs are met within planetary boundaries through a mutually beneficial ecosystem.
Explore our vision →Our mission
Helping organisations and communities transition energy infrastructure while creating economic and development value.
Read our mission →Our perspective
Unpredictable seasons, flooding, extended dry periods and intense heat affect agriculture, livelihoods and household resilience. We place economic inclusion and local development at the centre of the transition.
Reduce dependence on high-emission systems through credible renewable alternatives.
Build energy and livelihood systems that can respond to changing conditions.
Invite communities to shape solutions that affect their resources and future.
Renewable energy areas
Selection depends on technical, environmental, social and economic feasibility. No single technology is appropriate for every location.
Modular electricity generation for suitable homes, organisations and infrastructure.
Responsible conversion of appropriate organic residues into useful energy.
Site-dependent generation informed by measured wind resources.
Use of subsurface heat where geology and project economics permit.
Carefully assessed use of flowing water with environmental safeguards.
Focus area
Where the resource and safeguards are right, agricultural residues and organic waste may become useful inputs rather than unmanaged liabilities.
Any pathway must protect food systems, soils, ecosystems and community interests. Feedstock availability, lifecycle impacts, safe operations and viable economics all require careful assessment.

Partnership model
Understand needs, resources, constraints and stakeholders.
Select a technically, socially and environmentally appropriate pathway.
Build the commercial, legal and partnership framework.
Coordinate delivery with qualified teams and clear safeguards.
Support reliable performance through planned care and training.
Track agreed technical, economic, social and environmental outcomes.
Where commercially and legally feasible, we may work with financial institutions, investors and development partners to structure solutions that reduce upfront cost burdens. Finance is not automatic and remains subject to feasibility, risk, agreement, regulation, availability and safeguards.
Our projects
Deep Grasp Limited is developing renewable energy partnerships across communities, businesses, and institutions. Verified project information will be published as implementation progresses.
Our 774 Power Youth
The proposed programme reflects Nigeria’s 774 Local Government Areas and is being developed to connect technical awareness, entrepreneurship and community mobilisation.

Our direction is relevant to affordable and clean energy, decent work, resilient communities, responsible production and climate action. Alignment is an intention and framework—not a claim of UN endorsement.
